The Roles We Play

In today’s solo episode, Angie shares heart-to-heart conversation on how the roles we “play” impact our life, our family, our children and beyond. She encourages listeners to think about what roles they have taken on in their life (both willingly and given) and the healthy or unhealthy ways in which we show up and thoughts on releasing the roles that cause heaviness day to day. Angie shares personal stories of the roles she has carried with her in life and the need for change for her own family to thrive.

As you listen in, take a moment to answer the questions below:

What roles are you playing in your life? (hero, confidant, nurturer, mediator, rescuer, etc…)

Do these roles feel healthy for you? For your family?

Where did these roles come from? Were they given to you or did you take them on and why?

How would it feel to release the roles that are weighing you down?
