The Painful Space Between
There’s a season most of us try to escape as fast as we can - the in-between. The dream that didn’t happen yet, or the come-down after it almost did. The body in flux. The miles between the start and finish. The relationship that’s shifting. We find ourselves wanting to skip straight to the resolution: plan the next trip, fix the hormones, look away from the fading friendship. But the in-between space is not empty space, it’s where the pattern shows itself, if we’re willing to stay long enough to see it.
In this episode, Angie walks through three real experiences of the in-between: the exhale-then-blues after her dream trip to Italy, the daily unpredictability of a hormone rollercoaster, and the slow ache of a relationship that is shifting or ending. In each one, she traces what staying, instead of rushing to the next space revealed about grace, self-worth and the shifts already underway beneath the surface.
This isn’t about naming what’s wrong. It’s about noticing the patterns and tracing the thread through the threshold.
